Drive from Puerto Vallarta back to our beach house in Mazatlan

Back to our own back yard.

Red Truck transportation available for those larger groups.  You will find them lined up at either Sam's Club or Home Depot for those large loads.

Unique to Mazatlan are Pulmonia taxis.  Gas-powered open-air taxis that look like a sup'd up golf cart!.  Most have stereos and drive around with the music volume cranked up! Back at our beach house.
Tim's antique lantern he salvaged and reconditioned from his parent's storage closet.

Jim is here awaiting Linda to arrive after she spends the holidays with her girls.  Dining at Poncho's on the Beach.  Great beach location.

Other modes of transportation, our Lexus.

The beautiful beachfront in the evening on the Malecon de Mazatlan!!

Tim and the automatic milk frother.

Our Pink Flamingo is keeping a watch posted on our balcony.

My blog station; we just purchased this desk and chair so we have a convenient, comfortable place for our Travel Blog.     Casarollnotes.blogspot.com

ON THE ROAD TO MAZATLAN

Roadside stop for refreshments.

We are driving south on Hwy 395 on our way to Mazatlan!

Roadwork in Mexico.  There really are two highway lanes with on-going improvements.

We arrive at our halfway stop in Mexico in Navojoa.

Children come to the window to ask to clean the windshield.

We have arrived at our Beach House !!   It is wonderful, love our space, and the ocean and the garden on our grounds are well cared for.

This sign indicates we are entering Mazatlan.
We pass by David and Mildred's house: Torre Playa Dorada

Arrive at the Front Gate of our 'home away from home'

Toll booth.

Woodstock the kitty cat is exhausted from his travel.  He did fine and is a good sport!
