La Vegas, Nevada at Ron & Frannie's New House-returning from Mazatlan to US 4/22 - 4/26 2019

 Arrive Las Vegas April 24. 2019

Our return from Mazatlan takes us on Highway 395 out of Death Valley.   We stop for a few days to visit R&F in their new LV house.

 Ron and Fran, their new house in Las Vegas.

 

Son, Scott, and Carrie come for a visit to say hello to us.

Guest, Woodstock, is checking the bed to see if it is soft enough for his napping!

 Frannie is very proud of her newly planted garden.  Herbs and some tomatoes!

 Backyard patio is newly furnished too!  Frannie thinks of everything.  All the comforts and nice lighting with tableside candles.

 To make some good use of the lakes and rivers here in Las Vegas we load up the trailer and launch the two Jet Skis, downstream of Hoover Dam, on the Colorado River to lunch at Marker 43.

 OK, launched, engine running, and away we go!

 First Jet Ski ride for Tim and I to go a distance and 'keep up' !!

Bishop thru Sierra's.  The final winter snow was stacked up on each side of the road crossing over the Sierra's as we headed west to Sacramento.

Arrive in Sacramento to RC Elks Lodge May 1, 2019

We get our RV from storage and are staying at the Elks in Rancho Cordova till we depart to Connelly's High Desert Oasis for Memorial Weekend.
