Mystic, Connecticut
Old Mystic, Connecticut Seaport RV Resort

This is a rainy, lazy, hazy day of Summer that keep ‘the Seekers’ inside to learn "Keep.Google".  It is an App offering a means of list-making and checking off To-Dos.

"Genius"!
Tim has our Propane secured and kitty cat Woodstock is happily reposed on the bed which always has a coverlet just for kitty.  We’ve removed the bedspread and put it into storage aboard our home: CasaRoll.  The usual 80 degrees disallows the encumbrance of extra blankets.  Jackets have remained in the back of the closet with layers of summer clothes covering their space.

We arrive cozy Seaport RV Resort.

Driving the village area of Mystic, Noank, and Stonington, we came upon Fords.  It is a
casual, ideal lobster dining area at Sound Side Shore.  Everywhere we find ample water, boats, and opportunity for sail and boat fishermen to remain pleasantly entertained and satisfied.

Homeowners fill their ‘seconds’ (summer cottages) in April, May, June, July, August………a five-month opportunity for fun in the sun.  Otherwise, it does do the

'Winter 20-degree dip' here.

Mystic Bridge Historic District in the village of Mystic Connecticut on the Stonington side of the Mystic River.
Water shoreline aplenty to ease those summer humid days of 80 degrees with humidity that accounts for the real comfort of weather.
Yes, Mystic Pizza is here and we must go because we do like 'famous' pizza.  A very Americana-style, rectangle building which would not be an ordinary welcome to us; however, its fame overrules its appearance and we must see if Pizza here at Mystic is comparable to those we know and
cherish back home in Fair Oaks at Pasquales: which "has not been beaten"!

The place is very comfortable and homey.
We are restocking supply, re-arranging bath pantry cabinet, and always able to have laundry to do…. not even necessary to place that on the To-Do list……….  Laundry rooms are a Seeker’s best friends.  Where else can you gain time by placing 5 loads of laundry into cooperative machines and dryers that in under 2 hours complete the chors.  DONE.

This is a quick stopover for us and we will be departing sooner than all these services can render.
Here is the deal of the week!  Here at Seaport RV Resort, pump-out service is rendered every three days…. another great incentive to remain in this beautiful, peaceful setting.  Green grass, attractive bathhouses, and a delightful pool are for our pleasure.

Onward on our 2017 Travel Tour to:  Cape Cod (Massachusetts Country USA)
where we will spend about 10 days being Seekers!
